CHASSIS

The chassis is a heavy-duty steel frame, and is 31′ long overall with heavy duty dual axles. New ST235/80R16 load range E tires are mounted on six-lug chrome wheels. This unit has a 5500 Onan Marquis Gold generator with only 403 hours and a fuel station. Up front are two propane tanks, two 6-volt batteries and an electric tongue jack. The GVW of this unit is 11,100 pounds and just 6,000 pounds dry weight. Four scissor jacks make for easy leveling.

EXTERIOR
The exterior of the trailer is bonded fiberglass, with an aerodynamic one-piece fiberglass cap on the front. The awning is 18′ 8″ long, and comes with an aluminum cover. There is a ladder mounted street-side, and a roof rack mounted forward. Spot lights mounted curbside and at the rear, as well as porch lights on two sides provide plenty of light surrounding the unit. Speakers, mounted curbside, allow you to enjoy your music outside. There is a pass-through basement up front and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

GARAGE
At the rear of the trailer is a garage with 11′ 1″ of space from the ramp to the front wall. Inside the garage is a fold down sofa and swivel rocking chair. Overhead cabinets provide yet more storage and there are speakers in the ceiling. A carpet rolls up to reveal flush-mounted tie downs.

GALLEY
The galley area is in the middle of the unit and has two acrylic countertop sections, one with a double basin sink, stainless steel Delta pull out faucet and soap dispenser, and the other with a Wedgewood Vision 3 burner stove. The hood vent is also a control center for the generator, fan, light, batteries and checking holding tanks. A Sharp microwave convection oven is mounted under the overhead cabinets, just above the stove. The refrigerator is a Dometic 2 door 10 cubic foot with the freezer on top. A Sony AM/FM/CD stereo has speakers in each room and a remote for easy control. With cabinets above and below the counter tops there is plenty of kitchen storage.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is divided in two. The toilet, shower (with a skylight), and medicine cabinet are separated by a pocket door for privacy. Just outside the door you’ll find the sink, with its acrylic countertop, built-in soap dispenser, and stainless-steel Delta faucet. Surrounding the sink area is a closet, drawers, laundry hamper, and hair dryer. The bathroom has a pocket door separating it from the galley at the rear and an accordion door separating it from the bedroom in front.

BEDROOM
The bedroom is at the front of the unit and has a queen size bed. There are overhead cabinets for storage and a separate cabinet just for the TV and a DVD player.
