CHASSIS

2004 R-Vision Trail-Lite Class-A motor home model M-281, 29′ long. This unithas theb8.1 liter GM Workhorse gas powered V-8 with only 3,416 original miles bolted up to an Allison automatic transmission. The chassis is a GM Workhorse frame made only for Class-A motor homes .This engine was designed for one purpose and that is to power and handle a Class-A motor home. The exhaust manifolds are made of stainless steel to eliminate exhaust leaks so there is no need to upgrade to a Banks exhaust system. This unit has self leveling hydraulic jacks and the generator is an Onan Marquis Gold 5500 5.5 KW gas.

EXTERIOR

The exterior of this unit is fiberglass with body paint not decals. There are two slides, the one for the living area is 6′ 6″ wide and the one for the bedroom is 6′ wide. Both slides have awnings and the main awning is 13′ long on the curbside. The mirrors are power adjustable, there is basement storage on both sides of the coach and the windows are dual pane gas filled for extra insulation.

LIVING AREA

The living area is in the front of the coach, carpeted, with a settee that converts to a bed with underneath storage and a fold down sofa in the slide that also converts to a bed giving you room to sleep up to 4 more people. With the front seats turned around there is room to seat up to 9 people. There are day-nite shades through out the couch with a 26″ color TV and a DVD player mounted above the dash.

GALLEY

Everything you need to create great gourmet food is at your finger tips. The sink is a dual basin with covers to give you a little extra counter space. The counter top is formica with a Wedgewood 3 burner stove and a real oven which is hard to find these days. The microwave oven is a stainless steel Sylvania and the refridgerater is a two door Dometic with the freezer on top. The flooring is a tile pattern linoleum for easy clean up.

BATHROOM

The bathroom is a separate room not a walk through. There is a large bathtub shower combo unit, with a sink, toilet, linoleum flooring, and medicine cabinet for total privacy without blocking access to the front or rear of the coach.

BEDROOM

The head of the bed is located in the rear curbside slide to give you more space in the bedroom. The bed is a queen size so it’s a breeze to make up the bed in the morning. At the foot of the bed is a formica counter top with closets on each side and plenty of storage underneath. The room is carpeted so the floor is not cold on the bear feet in the morning. There is a 13″ color TV mounted in the overhead cabinet for easy viewing.
